The attention of customers is invited to the following trade terms and conditions under which the articles are accepted:
- The company does not own any responsibility for shrinkage, damage, color fading, or any defects becoming apparent during or after treatment, which may be due to defective manufacture or due to deterioration, wear, or exposure.
- The quality of texture, color, trimmings, etc., is entirely at the owner’s risk.
- The company is not responsible for articles not called within 2 months of their due date of delivery.
- The company will not be responsible for any delay in delivery or loss of articles arising due to unforeseen circumstances or courses beyond the control of the company.
- The company will not be responsible for any complaints once the goods are delivered.
- The clients are requested to check their garments before sending them for dry cleaning. The company will not be responsible for the loss of valuables, if any, kept or retained in the garments.
- As it is possible to examine each and every article at the time of receiving it in the showroom, all articles are examined in the workshop to determine if the condition of the articles received is to be accepted by the customer.
- No guarantee is given for the absolute stain removal of any garment, especially silks and sarees.
- Compensation for any damage caused to articles beyond our control will be limited to a maximum of 5 times the damage article bill amount, depending upon the degree of the damage caused.
- Compensation for any loss of articles will be limited to a maximum of 10 times the article’s bill amount.
- The customer cannot get delivery of the garment unless they submit our bill to us.
- Disputes, if any, are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Nagercoil City only.
